1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pm55 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, loyalty features, promotional offers, and any other services made available through pm55.org ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pm55 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pm55 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the pm55 Platform.

pm55 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page regularly. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The pm55 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pm55 maintains a strict minimum age policy. Individuals under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, place bets, or access any real-money gaming features on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pm55 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by pm55 or any affiliated gaming operator. Players who have requested self-exclusion must not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent exclusion measures.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pm55, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, for your personal use only. Corporate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of third parties, and accounts used for commercial gain other than through legitimate winnings are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) pm55 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are strictly prohibited. pm55 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and forfeit balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify pm55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or suspect your login credentials have been compromised.
• All transactions conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — are your responsibility until you formally notify pm55 of any unauthorised activity.
• pm55 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

4. Deposits & Payments

pm55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all fully supported for Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet deposits, processed instantly. Your registered JazzCash number must match your pm55 account holder details.
• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet deposits, processed instantly. The same account-matching requirement applies.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) — Direct bank transfers in PKR. Processing times may vary between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the originating bank.
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) — Cryptocurrency deposits in Tether USDT. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit. pm55 is not responsible for network delays or gas fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not belonging to the registered pm55 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full investigation. pm55 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.

pm55 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own service charges. pm55 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your pm55 account must have passed KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (return-to-source policy). Where this is not technically possible, pm55 will use the primary payment method on file for your account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed before withdrawal of the relevant funds is permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account verification tier and loyalty level.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to KYC clearance. VIP and high-loyalty-tier players may qualify for priority processing within 4 hours.

pm55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation to verify the source of funds. This process is a regulatory requirement under international gaming licence obligations and is not optional. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pm55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your pm55 account balance as either real-money bonus credit or free spins, as specified in the offer terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings upon expiry.
• pm55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where abuse, fraud, or technical error is suspected or confirmed.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and funds forfeited.
• pm55 Loyalty Program points accumulation and tier benefits are governed by the separate Loyalty Program Terms, available at /loyalty-program.

7. Gameplay & Fairness

All casino games available on the pm55 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and instant-win titles — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by pm55 or any third party.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are verified by independent testing laboratories and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds. Individual session results will naturally deviate from published RTPs.
• In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure mid-round, pm55's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a conclusive outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.
• pm55 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a software malfunction, incorrectly displayed odds or paytables, or any other technical error, regardless of any interim display of a win.
• The use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other device designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

8. Sports Betting Rules

The pm55 sportsbook covers PSL cricket, international cricket fixtures, UFC, football, and other markets. All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook section.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pm55 reserves the right to correct any odds that are manifestly incorrect ("palpable error") and to void bets placed at such odds.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by our system. Delays in transmission may cause bets to be accepted at slightly different odds from those displayed at the time of click.
• Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to pm55's official event-specific settlement rules, which are displayed within the relevant market.
• For PSL cricket and international cricket markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body. DLS-adjusted results are treated as official for settlement purposes.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may be adjusted at pm55's sole discretion without prior notice.
• Cash-out is available on selected markets and is at pm55's discretion. The cash-out value may be suspended or unavailable during periods of high market volatility or imminent event completion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pm55 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one pm55 account simultaneously.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting patterns, or promotional outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities knowingly and failing to report them to pm55 support immediately.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxies, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pm55 staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first seeking resolution through pm55 customer support.

10. Responsible Gaming

pm55 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or your family, please stop playing and seek assistance immediately.

pm55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, available at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders — Configure automatic notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) with immediate effect.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the pm55 Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Enable on-screen balance and time-spent notifications at regular intervals during your gaming sessions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pm55 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, user interface designs, trademarks, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pm55 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pm55 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any pm55 content without prior written authorisation from pm55 is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pm55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pm55 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The pm55 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

13. Account Termination

pm55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.

You may close your own pm55 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pm55 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pm55, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. pm55 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under pm55's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided to you in writing upon request.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pm55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to bonus terms, payment conditions, or player rights — pm55 will provide at least 7 days' notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by emailing registered account holders.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required for regulatory compliance, may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the pm55 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.
